Coverage for the first 5 years after delivery, regardless of a change in ownership, provided the Polestar service plan is followed.

8-year battery warranty

Resolving faults in battery performance or defects in material and workmanship free of charge.

Coverage for the first 8 years of ownership or 160,000 km, whichever comes first.

Replacement at no cost if the battery’s State-of-Health (SoH) drops below 70% of its original capacity within the first 8 years of ownership.

12-year corrosion warranty

Repair or replacement of perforated bodywork due to corrosion free of charge by an authorised Polestar service point.

Coverage for the first 12 years after delivery, regardless of a change in ownership.

Service and maintenance

Service points

Specialists at our service locations have technical expertise for Polestar, ensuring high-quality service and maintenance.

Maintenance

Generally, Polestar 4 doesn’t need service for up to 2 years or 30,000 km.

On-board diagnostics notify the driver if additional service is necessary, and over-the-air updates keep the operating system, apps, and car systems up to date.

Roadside assistance

Every new Polestar 4 includes 5 years of complimentary 24/7 roadside assistance.

The Connect button in the overhead console provides access to 24/7 support, including car recovery, alternative transport, and arranging an overnight stay if needed.
